Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an M&A Senior Consultant on the IT Diligence team to evaluate technology factors that influence deal value and post-close outcomes. You will assess applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, product technology, data, and operating models across corporate and private equity transactions.

You will synthesize diligence findings into client-ready analyses and reports, develop workplans, coordinate activities across workstreams, and guide engagement delivery with a view to risk

Qualifications

• 4+ years of information technology experience across multiple IT areas.
• 4+ years synthesizing data, identifying risks and value opportunities.
• 2+ years presenting findings in mergers/diligence contexts.
• 10+ information technology due diligence projects completed.
• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of consulting or industry experience; MBA with 2+ years is also acceptable.
• Ability to travel 50%, depending on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate IT systems, processes, and operating models to identify risks and value opportunities.
• Perform technology due diligence for acquisitions, divestitures, JVs, and partnerships.
• Synthesize findings into client-ready analyses, reports and recommendations.
• Develop workplans, coordinate across workstreams, and manage scope changes.
• Design deliverables aligned to objectives and verify findings.
