Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years in information technology across at least four areas: IT organization, processes, applications, infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity
• 4+ years synthesizing data, identifying risks and value creation opportunities in diligence work
• 2+ years presenting findings in verbal, written, and analytical formats as part of a mergers and acquisitions diligence effort
• Completion and delivery of 10+ IT diligence projects for strategic or financial clients
• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of consulting or industry experience; or MBA with 2+ years of work experience
• Ability to travel 50% on average
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate information technology systems, software environments, and operating models to identify transaction risks, separation and integration considerations, and value creation opportunities
• Perform technology due diligence for acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and partnerships across corporate and private equity transactions
• Synthesize diligence findings into client-ready analyses, reports, and recommendations that support investment decisions and broader transaction strategy
• Develop workplans for engagement components, coordinating activities across workstreams, and identifying scope changes during execution
• Design deliverables aligned to engagement objectives and client needs, including verification and validation of findings and outputs
