Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking an M&A Senior Consultant in IT Diligence to evaluate technology environments for deals, synthesize findings, and guide investment decisions. You will lead diligence workstreams, deliver client-ready analyses, and contribute to strategy throughout the deal lifecycle.

Qualified candidates have 4+ years in IT, strong communication skills, and a track record of delivering IT diligence across acquisitions, divestitures, and partnerships.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of information technology experience across IT areas (organization, processes, apps, infra, cloud, cybersecurity).
• 4+ years synthesizing data, identifying risks and value creation opportunities.
• 2+ years presenting findings in verbal, written, and analytical formats for M&A diligence.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate IT systems, software environments, and operating models to identify transaction risks and value opportunities.
• Perform technology due diligence for acquisitions, divestitures, JVs, and partnerships.
• Synthesize diligence findings into client-ready analyses, reports, and recommendations.
• Develop workplans for engagement components and coordinate across workstreams.
• Design deliverables aligned to engagement objectives and client needs, including validation of findings.
