Qualifications

• 6+ years IT experience across IT org, processes, applications, infrastructure, cloud technology and cybersecurity.
• 6+ years synthesizing data, identifying risks and value opportunities for M&A diligence.
• 5+ years presenting findings in verbal, written and analytical formats for M&A diligence.
• 20+ IT due diligence projects completed for strategic or financial clients.
• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience or MBA with 4+ years of work experience; travel 50% on average.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&A IT diligence discussions with client and target-company stakeholders to assess IT orgs, processes, apps, infra, cloud and cyber security.
• Identify IT risks, technical debt, maturity gaps, costs and value-creation opportunities; assess data, infra, and integration architecture; advise on acquisitions, divestitures, and post-merger actions.
• Analyze IT cost and financial data; develop cost estimates, synergy analyses, contract analyses, and cost models.
• Create and oversee diligence work products: agendas, data requests, interview guides, findings, transition service agreements, roadmaps, client deliverables.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for executives; present findings, coordinate advisors, and lead delivery teams to meet quality and timeline commitments.
• Develop scope statements and pricing estimates; support proposals and client growth; coach team members; contribute to recruiting and knowledge sharing.
