Job summary

Vantage Data Centers LLC is seeking a Senior Demand Manager, Global to own the enterprise intake and demand management for Global IT. You will partner with business leaders and platform teams to ensure requests are evaluated, governed, and prioritized for execution.

The role supports a multi-region environment, drives governance, and delivers executive-ready reporting with transparency into demand, backlog, and capacity planning. Denver-based with a hybrid in-office policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in Demand/Portfolio Management, PMO, or Tech Delivery.
• Experience with intake governance, prioritization, and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve the Global IT intake and demand management process.
• Lead governance reviews, triage sessions, and prioritization.
• Collaborate with PMO, architecture, and platform teams for capacity alignment.
• Develop executive dashboards and SLA metrics; provide reporting.
