Job summary

Antora Energy in San Jose, CA is seeking its first Senior IT Manager to own IT infrastructure, security, and enterprise technology. You will lead strategy and governance while hands-on improving systems across corporate, factory, and project sites.

You will partner with engineering and external IT partners to secure scalable environments, build internal capabilities, and drive a transition from vendor support to an internally led IT function, shaping the company’s technology future.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT infrastructure, networking, or cybersecurity roles.
• Experience growing IT in a technology or hardware company.
• Strong knowledge of network architecture, IAM, endpoint security, and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Own IT infrastructure, systems, and cybersecurity across all Antora environments.
• Lead IT planning, budgeting, and roadmapping; establish policies and procedures.
• Coordinate cross-company IT initiatives, including employee and team training.
• Act as strategic internal counterpart to external IT partners and shift ownership over time.
• Document networks across corporate, factory, and project sites; maintain diagrams.
• Manage patching, vulnerability management, and monitoring processes.
