Job summary

ePlus is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own the customer experience for Services delivery across client accounts in our Durham, NC area. You will build strong client relationships, coordinate onboarding, manage service reviews, and drive value with our products and services.

You will collaborate with sales, engineering, and operations to ensure high satisfaction, predictable outcomes, and opportunities for upsell within existing accounts. Travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a client-facing role.
• Experience delivering quality presentations.
• Experience in an IT managed services environment.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong communication and people management skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically (2–3 hour drives; possible overnight).

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with external customers and internal teams.
• Hold regular client meetings and ensure alignment.
• Advocate customer needs cross-departmentally.
• Track customer satisfaction and coordinate recovery efforts.
