Job summary

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc. (SGA) is seeking an IT Contract Analyst for a contract assignment with a Hospitality client in Orlando, FL.

The role involves overseeing drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and coordinating IT and telecom contracts, and supporting related professional services agreements. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of contract negotiation and management experience, including telecom or IT-related agreements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of contract negotiation and contract management experience, including at least 3 years with telecom or IT-related agreements.
• Knowledge of telecommunications services (voice/data landlines, cloud, wireless).
• Advanced contract drafting and negotiating skills.
• Strong understanding of IT contracting processes.
• Ability to articulate IT concepts simply.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with budgeting and financial analyses.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word Track Changes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee coordination, review, revisions, negotiations and drafting of technology-related contracts (hardware, software, telecommunications, consulting).
• Support other professional services contracts (HR, benefits, online subscriptions, financial data services).
• Maintain contract database and ensure accurate records; liaise with Sourcing, Finance, Risk, Legal and other internal teams.
