Steneral Consulting in Orlando, FL is seeking a Contract Analyst for a hybrid, 6-12+ month engagement. You will independently negotiate complex IT agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, amendments, order forms, and licensing across software, SaaS, cloud, hardware, and telecom.

You will serve as the primary liaison between IT, Legal, Sourcing, Finance, Risk Management, and external vendors to drive contracts from initiation to execution, manage telecom-related contracts, ensure risk and insurance

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in contract negotiation/management, esp. IT, telecom, software, and cloud services.
• Experience negotiating with technology vendors and working with legal and procurement teams.
• Proficiency in reviewing/redlining legal terms and contractual documents.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and process-improvement skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead negotiations for IT, software, cloud, telecom, and services contracts.
• Serve as liaison between IT, Legal, Sourcing, Finance, Risk, and vendors to drive contracts from initiation to execution.
• Manage relationships with major technology vendors (e.g., Microsoft, Oracle, Salesforce, AWS, Cisco, carriers).
• Negotiate telecom contracts covering voice, data, internet, wireless, and cloud services.
• Identify and communicate business and legal risks; ensure security and insurance compliance.
• Review contract language, match contracts to purchase requisitions, verify insurance, and maintain contract repositories.
• Collaborate across functions to facilitate negotiations and resolve conflicts without friction.
• Track renewals, obligations, and compliance; maintain procurement records.
