Job summary

You will lead RFP/RFQ activities, draft terms and conditions, evaluate bids, and coordinate with Legal, Risk, and Finance to finalize agreements. A bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of technology contracting experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 6 years of direct work experience in construction, project engineering, contract management, project management, and quantity surveying.
• Technology contracts experience required.
• Advanced competency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to respond to change productively and execute other tasks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-procurement planning for contracting methods.
• Assist teams with preparation and review of technical specifications and scopes of work.
• Advise teams on contractual risk.
• Prepare contract documents including general terms, conditions and commercial terms for bid solicitation.
• Manage RFP/RFQ and bidding activities, development of solicitations, bid evaluations, and vendor communications.
