Job summary

You will coordinate cross-functional approvals with Finance, Legal, Information Security, and AI Governance, ensuring compliant and timely engagements. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Business or related field and 3+ years of procurement experience, with familiarity in Archer/Coupa/Ariba/SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, supply chain, procurement, or finance.
• 3+ years of procurement experience including supplier onboarding, contract administration, and sourcing operations.
• Knowledge of procurement lifecycle processes and governance workflows.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Archer, Coupa, Ariba, ServiceNow, SAP or similar systems.
• Strong procurement controls, compliance, and third-party risk management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end supplier engagement lifecycle including onboarding, contracts, NDAs, and renewals.
• Coordinate negotiations and approvals across Finance, Legal, Information Security, and governance teams.
• Review supplier requests for documentation, pricing, and business justification.
• Maintain records in Archer and monitor milestones and execution progress.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and drive cost optimization.
