Qualifications

• 5+ years IT consulting, account management, or technical leadership experience.
• Strong ability to translate business objectives into technology strategies.
• Excellent communication with C-suite and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted technology advisor aligning client IT strategies with business goals.
• Communicate technology recommendations, risks, and initiatives to technical teams and executives.
• Assess client environments for security, scalability, performance, and efficiency improvements.
• Develop and maintain IT roadmaps, lead business reviews, manage budgets, and support compliance.
• Build strong client relationships and be the primary contact for strategic guidance and escalations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to define project scope and prioritize initiatives.
