Job summary

Howmet Aerospace Inc. in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking an Organizational Change Manager (OCM) - IT to lead the OCM track within the GIS PMO team. The role involves maintaining the OCM methodology, coordinating with Global Information Services and Business Units, and driving change across IT projects.

You will manage multiple tracks, develop stakeholder engagement plans, and deliver metrics to executives. A strong background in IT change management, and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 10 years of experience providing Organizational Change Management support in IT.
Eligibility to work in the United States (ITAR considerations apply).

Responsibilities

Maintain/update the OCM Methodology documentation and identify training needs.
Manage all aspects of OCM for projects within GIS PMO, collaborating with stakeholders.
Plan, execute, and monitor OCM tasks across multiple tracks and departments.
Coordinate visioning, stakeholder management, impact analysis, and communications.
Produce metrics and status reports for executives and team members.
Stay current with advances in OCM, PMO processes, and IT.
