Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business, IT, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in a business/IT field with understanding of IT, Marketing, HR, and Finance.
• Must obtain BRMI or PMI certification within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Communicate IT needs to improve business performance with County leadership.
• Develop multi-year business capability roadmaps with enterprise architecture.
• Review requirements with departments for change management and transformation.
• Identify value and align initiatives with roadmaps and priorities.
• Build relationships and oversee convergence across County departments with leadership.
