Salt Lake County is seeking a Business Relationship Manager (BRM), a strategic partner responsible for ownership of IT strategy and business value across departments.

The BRM will converge IT, HR, finance and other lines of business, developing roadmaps, assessing initiatives, and aligning with county priorities. A bachelor’s degree and 5 years in business/IT are required, with BRMI/PMI certification due within six months. This role operates in a hybrid environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in business/IT field.
• BRMI or PMI certification required within 6 months.
• Master’s degree may be preferred.

• Develops multi-year business capability roadmaps with enterprise architecture.
• Reviews requirements for change management and business transformation.
