Job summary

Motion Industries is seeking an IT Business Analyst III in Alabama to translate business needs into clear requirements and functional specs. You will partner with operations and IT to drive solutions across design, development, configuration, testing, and support.

You must be eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in BA or related fields are typical requirements, with Scrum Master or Product Owner certs preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field required.
• 5+ years as IT Business Analyst or similar role.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methods and tools.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and scope projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with end users to identify business problems and opportunities.
• Lead requirements gathering, define scope, and outline objectives for complex initiatives.
• Create design and process documentation; validate and test requirements.
• Coordinate testing plans, acceptance criteria, and user training materials.
• Serve as Product Owner within Scrum/ Agile teams and mentor colleagues.
