Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational, process, and role impacts from system and data conversions.
• Document current and future state workflows.
• Identify adoption risks and mitigation actions.
• Develop role-based communications and Go-Live messaging.
• Create training materials, job aids, and quick reference guides.
• Deliver training for pilots, phased rollouts, and conversions.
• Track training completion and readiness metrics.
• Support UAT, pilots, hyper care, stabilization.
• Act as first-line change support during Go-Live.
• Capture field feedback and risks
• Perform other duties as assigned.
