Job summary

Hui Huliau in Washington, DC is seeking an Inventory and Sparing Lead to oversee all inventory management and sparing operations at the Northern Virginia facility, ensuring accurate real-time inventory visibility and equipment accountability in support of COOP readiness.

The role administers the Government-approved COTS inventory system, coordinates system upgrades, and directs bi-weekly and ad-hoc warehouse reports while managing spare IT equipment and replacement hardware to meet SLAs.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of inventory management and IT asset lifecycle management.
• Experience maintaining accurate inventory records using enterprise inventory or asset management systems.
• Ability to monitor inventory levels, replenish stock, and meet SLAs.
• Knowledge of configuration management and government property procedures.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Experience using inventory/warehouse/IT asset management systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all inventory management and sparing operations.
• Ensure real-time inventory visibility and equipment accountability.
• Administer the Government-approved COTS inventory system and ILMS/GTMs access.
• Coordinate system upgrades and dashboard customizations.
• Produce standard and ad hoc warehouse reports bi-weekly.
• Oversee annual physical inventory and reconcile counts.
• Maintain quality control in inventory operations and inspections.
• Manage spare equipment inventory and replacement hardware deployment.
