Job summary

TransMedics is seeking an Enterprise Architect to drive architecture strategy across applications, data, and cloud. You will own the technology roadmap, govern standards, and oversee integration among Oracle Fusion ERP, Workday HCM, LIMS, and MES.

Focus on security, regulatory alignment (FDA/ISO/GDPR), and cost-effective decisions. You will interact with IT leadership and business partners to ensure architecture supports manufacturing, quality, and regulatory needs while guiding cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 8–12+ years of IT experience with 3–5 years in enterprise or solution architecture.
• Experience across enterprise apps, cloud infra, and data domains in a multi-system setup.
• Hands-on with Oracle Fusion ERP and/or other major ERP platforms in design/architecture roles.
• Strong AWS cloud knowledge and patterns for enterprise architectures.
• Proven ability to design APIs, event-driven, ESB/middleware, and ETL/ELT integrations.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise architecture framework, standards, and governance.
• Develop technology roadmap aligned with business strategy and regulatory obligations.
• Chair Architecture Review process for investments and platform changes.
• Provide architectural oversight to project teams and business partners.
• Lead integration design and data exchange across ERP, MES, LIMS, and Workday.
• Guide decisions on build vs. buy vs. configure for strategic fit and TCO.
