210_Mohegan_Pocono Downs Racing, LP seeks a Business Services Manager to lead the IT organization across casino operations. You will direct a multi-functional staff, oversee the application portfolio, and drive the program to deliver development, maintenance and reporting aligned with strategic objectives.

Responsibilities include defining milestones, managing budgets, ensuring 24x7x365 operations, and collaborating with Mohegan properties to promote guest service excellence.

Formación

• Bachelor-level or higher IT/CS related degree required or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing a technologically-diverse IT team in a gaming/hospitality environment preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain gaming licensure in one or more jurisdictions.

Responsabilidades

• Provides day-to-day direction to a multi-functional staff based on business priorities.
• Oversees the application portfolio and manages design, maintenance and support efforts.
• Manages all property development, programming and IT reporting efforts.
• Assist in budget definition, maintenance and management to a specified variance threshold.
• Define and communicate project milestones, SLAs, and resource allocation to IT leadership and staff.
