You will direct a diverse team, align projects with business priorities, and ensure compliance with gaming regulations.

You will participate in budgeting, define service levels, and drive continuous improvement, while maintaining a 24x7x365 IT operations mindset and strong guest service focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Info Systems, Business or related field.
• Six (6) years of progressive Information Technology experience.
• Experience in managing a technologically-diverse team.
• Ability to obtain and maintain gaming licensure.
• Excellent written and oral communications.

Responsibilities

• Oversees IT functions: Programming/Development, Application Services, IT Reporting/Analytics and PMO.
• Provides day-to-day direction to a multi-functional staff based on business priorities.
• Manages the application portfolio, design, maintenance and support efforts.
• Assists with budget development and management to a specified variance threshold.
• Ensures staff are trained and aligned with enterprise IT policies and gaming regulations.
• Travel 10-15% may be required.
