Job summary

Mohegan Pocono Downs Racing, LP seeks an Application Support Analyst to deliver end-user support for Bally ACSC CMS/SMS/TMS and related software. You will troubleshoot applications, install and configure software, and provide hands-on fixes at the desktop level.

You will document problems, analyze trends, and train departments while maintaining knowledgebase articles. This role requires strong guest service orientation and the ability to work under pressure with minimal travel.

Qualifications

• Experience with Bally ACSC system (v3.1.6 min; v10.1 preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting principles and issue resolution techniques.
• Experience building/maintaining databases for query/tracking.
• Ability to communicate ideas in business-friendly language.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-user support for Bally ACSC CMS/SMS/TMS and related software.
• Troubleshoot applications, prioritize requests, and coordinate defect resolutions.
• Record, track, and document problem-solving processes to final resolution.
• Provide 24x7 support and knowledgebase documentation for problem resolution.
• Test fixes and perform post-resolution follow-ups to ensure issues are resolved.
