Job summary

Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs is seeking a Business Services Manager to lead IT functions across programming, analytics, reporting and PMO efforts. The role directs a multi-functional team and oversees the application portfolio to support casino operations.

Qualified candidates will have a strong IT background in gaming or hospitality and experience managing budgets, projects and cross-department initiatives. Travel 10–15% may be required.

Qualifications

• Six (6) years of progressive Information Technology experience.
• Experience in managing a technologically-diverse team.
• Ability to obtain and maintain gaming licensure in one or more jurisdictions.
• Casino, retail and hospitality application experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees programming/development, application services, IT reporting and project management.
• Provides day-to-day direction to a multi-functional staff based on communicated business priorities.
• Manages the entire application portfolio and the associated design, maintenance and support efforts.
• Assist in the definition, maintenance and management of the department PMO and budgets.
• Establishes goals and objectives aligned with strategic objectives and develops action plans.
• Ensures staff are trained and staffed to meet department and business needs.
• Supports change management processes and enterprise shared services alignment.
