Job summary

Ergon Inc. seeks a Terminal Operations Lead at Flowood, MS to coordinate day-to-day terminal operations across North America for ESI. Maintain reliable supply to downstream terminals via rail and truck replenishment.

You will work across departments to resolve operational issues, protect product quality, and improve service and cost efficiency, with emphasis on inventory accuracy and ERP system usage.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory management, or related operations.
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in inventory and records.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for operational issues at North American terminals. Coordinate resolution with terminal personnel and Ergon departments.
• Maintain productive relationships with terminal service providers and improve operating processes for reliable service.
• Coordinate new terminal setups for ESI, including operational requirements and communication with internal teams and service providers.
• Coordinate downstream terminal replenishment by rail and truck to maintain product availability.
• Track replenishment railcars and consignment shipments from shipment through placement, addressing delays with stakeholders.
• Monitor inventories weekly and support month-end reconciliation, including SAP flag levels.
