Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Director of Investor Relations to shape the company’s long-term narrative for the investment community. You will own the earnings cycle, financial disclosures, and investor engagement strategy while partnering with executive leadership.

This role also requires close collaboration with Finance, Strategy, and senior leadership to anticipate market reactions and strengthen shareholder confidence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in sell-side equity research, in-house Investor Relations, or Corporate Development in a high-growth tech company.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a polished executive presence.
• Deep understanding of software business models and SaaS operational metrics.
• Proven track record managing relationships with institutional shareholders and analysts.
• Self-starter with a strategic vision and execution mindset, capable of mentoring a team.

Responsibilities

• Drive the articulation of the company's long-term strategic narrative to the investment community.
• Own the strategy and execution of the quarterly earnings cycle and financial disclosures.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and CFO, preparing briefing documents and anticipating market reactions.
• Lead investor meetings and participate in major investor conferences as a primary spokesperson.
• Spearhead planning and execution of flagship investor day and buy-side events.
• Conduct proactive investor perception analyses to synthesize feedback for the C-suite.
• Collaborate across Finance, Strategy, and other departments to ensure consistent messaging.
