Ladders is seeking a Vice President, Investor Relations & Corporate Communications to lead a high-visibility function connecting executives, investors, and markets from a remote US base.

The role shapes the corporate narrative around strategy and science progress, prepares leaders for investor interactions, and strengthens understanding and confidence in the company. This senior role requires deep biotech IR experience and strong communications expertise.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Biology, Communications, or related field.
• 12–15 years leadership in IR or corporate communications in biotech or life sciences.
• Significant oncology experience with innovative therapeutic platforms.
• Strong ability to translate complex scientific and business developments.
• Knowledge of capital markets and biotech valuation drivers.
• Established relationships with investors, analysts, and media in healthcare.
• Experience managing external agencies and performance measurement.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations and corporate communications strategy.
• Shape the corporate narrative, brand identity, and messaging frameworks.
• Build and cultivate relationships with institutional investors and analysts.
• Lead investor engagement activities, including conferences and roadshows.
• Prepare senior leadership for high-profile investor interactions and communications.
• Oversee investor-facing and public communications materials.
• Monitor investor sentiment and market trends to inform strategy.
