This role involves strategic planning, relationship management with shareholders and compliance oversight. The successful candidate will have over 5 years of dedicated investor relations experience in a major publicly traded company, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build a team. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with competitive compensation, including bonus and equity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years dedicated Investor Relations experience.
• Experience in a large publicly traded company (revenue > $500M).
• Stable career progression with hands-on operational capabilities.
• Background in corporate FP&A is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the IR strategy and annual plan.
• Strengthen relationships with current shareholders and analysts.
• Ensure compliance with SEC and exchange requirements.
