Job summary

Atlassian is seeking a Director of Investor Relations in the United States (SF area) to lead day-to-day IR operations, translate complex financial metrics into external narratives, and partner with executive leadership to engage Wall Street. Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience across sell-side equity research, in-house Investor Relations, and/or Corporate Development at a high-growth public technology company.
• Executive presence & communication skills to represent Atlassian with institutional investors, analysts, and C-level executives.
• Industry acumen in software business models, enterprise technology trends, and SaaS metrics.
• Wall Street credibility with relationships to top-tier institutional shareholders and sell-side analysts.
• Leadership and execution mindset with ability to mentor a team.

Responsibilities

• Drive articulation of Atlassian’s long-term strategic and financial narrative across the investment community.
• Lead earnings cycle preparation, disclosures, and investor presentations including Q&A prep and 10-Q/10-K coordination.
• Advise and brief executives with briefing documents and market insights ahead of conferences and roadshows.
• Serve as primary spokesperson in investor meetings, including non-deal roadshows and major conferences.
• Plan and execute flagship IR events like Investor Day with cross-functional alignment.
• Conduct investor sentiment analyses and translate feedback into actionable recommendations for the C-suite.
• Collaborate across Finance, Strategy, Corporate Development, Legal, Data Science, and Communications to ensure consistent messaging.
