You will collaborate with faculty, legal affairs, and industry partners to market technologies and negotiate licenses and agreements.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Life Science or related field with at least one year of related experience.
• Understanding of US patent and contract law preferred.

Responsabilités

• Invention review and assessment for commercial value and patentability.
• Assist in seeking patent protection and managing prosecution.
• Portfolio management and faculty guidance on inventions.
• Market innovations to industry partners and pursue licenses.
• Negotiate license and non-disclosure agreements.
• Support outreach to stakeholders and participate in professional development.
