• Build and maintain an external commercialization network to expand opportunities and mentor researchers.
• Connect faculty with translational funding and resources like NSF I‑ Corps and SBIR/STTR programs.
• Market the university's IP portfolio to potential partners through outreach and networking.
• Lead and support licensing activities, including identifying licensees and negotiating deals.
• Develop commercialization strategies and pathways to bring technology to market.
