Orkin, located in Atlanta, GA, seeks an Invoicing Analyst for the National Accounts team. You will review invoicing accuracy, contract terms, and pricing, while reconciling AR balances and optimizing cash flow. Responsibilities include reconciling AR, ensuring proper billing, and supporting special projects. AHS, G/L, and AR system familiarity plus Excel proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years AR experience preferred in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic experience with Accounting, G/L, AR Systems, and customer service.
• Basic knowledge of JDE and proficiency with Excel, Outlook and Word.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile customers' AR portfolios and initiate account adjustments.
• Ensure invoicing aligns with customer contracts and terms.
• Review and process daily cash applications and postings.
• Maintain timely AR activity notes and customer communications.
• Resolve AR issues with customers through calls, emails, and letters.
