The role focuses on overseeing servicing transfers, regulatory compliance, relationships with investor clients, and collaboration with accounting teams to ensure accurate reporting and timely remittances.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting/finance experience.
• Knowledge of manufactured housing market and related regulations is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build relationships with investors, dealers, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all investor reporting operations, including daily/weekly transactions and month-end close.
• Manage servicing transfers inbound, internal, and outbound for tracking and reconciliation.
• Monitor and support servicing of Freddie Mac loan portfolio and regulatory reporting.
• Develop policies for investor reporting and ensure compliance with regulations.
