Job summary

Truist in Charlotte is seeking an Investor Accounting & Reporting Associate to post payments and disbursements to the loan servicing system, ensure timely remittance, and report to lender agreements. The role covers daily balancing, cash management, and maintaining records for various loan types.

The position requires a college degree or equivalent, 4 years of related experience, and strong communication skills.

• Mortgage banking and accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Post payment and disbursement transactions to the loan servicing application and remit payments per lender agreements.
• Generate and send lender remittances and reporting for all lender types (IRP, FNMA, FHLMC, GNMA).
• Facilitate delivery of funds to external clients and third parties.
• Perform system balancing and cash management functions.
• Review daily operations accounts and high-volume DDAs.
• Monitor ARM and Bond loans for accurate billing.
• Maintain records for autodraft payments and rent refunds.
• Open and close bank accounts.
• Assist the Investor Accounting & Reporting Manager in developing Investor Reporting Analysts.
