Job summary

Newrez LLC is seeking a Team Lead Investor Reporting to oversee monthly reporting for investor portfolios, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Ginnie Mae, and private investors. You will supervise staff, ensure accurate invoicing and remittances, and resolve reporting exceptions with internal partners.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance and 6+ years of investor reporting, advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs), and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required or preferred.
• 6+ years of Investor Reporting experience required.
• Advanced MS Excel experience with PivotTables and VLOOKUPs; proficiency in Word and PowerPoint.
• SQL or database reporting experience preferred.
• Servicing Director knowledge is a plus.
• Strong problem solving, analytical, and stakeholder relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly reporting for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Ginnie Mae, and Private Investor portfolios.
• Train investor reporting analysts and standardize processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, remittances, and reconciliations.
• Review reports for formatting, consistency, and accuracy before external submission.
• Coordinate with investor accounting and finance on all reconciliation items.
• Support audits and develop/modify operational procedures.
