Job summary

Newrez is seeking an Investor Reporting Analyst II to manage daily and monthly activities for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Ginnie Mae, and Private Investor portfolios, including remittances, reporting, and reconciliations.

You will guide less senior staff, develop process documentation, and contribute to automation and analytics to deliver best-in-class service to investors and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• 2–4 years of Mortgage Servicing experience required.
• Prior Investor Reporting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily and monthly activities for investor portfolios, including remittances and reconciliations.
• Prepare and review investor reports and remittances with related cash movements.
• Investigate and resolve investor issues and reporting exceptions.
• Assist with audits and maintain monthly process controls.
• Heavy use of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
