Job summary

Newrez LLC seeks an Investor Reporting Analyst II to manage daily and monthly activities for investor portfolios, including remittances, cutoff reporting, and reconciliations. You will guide junior staff, document processes, and contribute to automation and analytics to deliver best-in-class investor service.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, 2–4 years of mortgage servicing experience, and strong MS Excel skills. Knowledge of SQL and servicing guides is a plus.

Qualifications

• Advanced MS Excel required.

• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily/monthly activities for investor portfolios including remittances and reconciliations.
• Prepare and review monthly investor reports and related entries.
• Ensure timely and accurate remittance wires and manage reporting exceptions.
