Job summary

Newrez is seeking a Team Lead Investor Reporting to oversee daily and monthly activities for investor portfolios, including reporting, remittances, and reconciliation resolution. You will train staff, resolve exceptions, and collaborate with internal partners to improve processes and accuracy.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, 6+ years of investor reporting experience, and strong Excel/SQL skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• 6+ years of Investor Reporting experience required.
• Advanced MS Excel with pivot tables, Vlookup, and other complex formulas.
• Proficient in MS Word and PowerPoint.
• SQL or other database reporting experience preferred.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Confirm monthly reports are produced and delivered accurately and timely, including loan level invoices and remittance files.
• Work with staff to resolve external issues and ensure data formatting accuracy in monthly reporting.
• Ensure timely sending of reports and wire requests as they relate to monthly reporting and remittances.
• Review reconciliations with internal clients (investor accounting and finance) for all accounts.
