The Salvation Army USA Eastern Territory in West Nyack, NY is seeking a Director of Investor Relations to oversee investment fund management, monitor performance, and advise the Territorial Investment Committee. This role demands strategic insight into capital markets and strong leadership with at least eight years in investor relations.

You will coordinate with external managers, prepare reports for the Finance Council, and ensure liquidity and compliance while guiding long-term investment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting or business administration.
• Minimum eight years in investor relations.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• CFA certification strongly preferred.
• Strong financial and analytical abilities.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary contact for the Territory's investment fund manager/consultant group and monitor performance.
• Secretary of the Territorial Investment Committee; review portfolio and policies.
• Identify assets and assess managers using original research.
• Report on all investment holdings to Territorial Finance Council on a timely basis.
• Negotiate fee structures and manage cash liquidity with investment partners.
• Prepare materials for the Annual Investment Stewardship Report and present to the Commission.
