Qualifikationen

• 7-10 years of experience in business development, CSR, or high-level nonprofit management.
• Experience crossing government, private sector, and nonprofit sectors.
• Experience designing, testing, and scaling new service models in an R&D or Innovation Lab environment.
• Proven ability to secure diverse funding beyond grants (e.g., social impact bonds, PPPs).

Aufgaben

• Drive leadership, management, and execution of short-term special projects.
• Identify and secure non-traditional revenue streams, including grants and government contracts.
• Lead development of complex, multi-stakeholder proposals and pitches.
• Cultivate relations with stakeholders to create win-win collaborations.
• Monitor policy changes and funding shifts affecting mission.
• Ensure partnerships align with core values and programmatic integrity.
• Review and update policies and procedures as needed.
• Represent TSA in coalitions, policy discussions, and community meetings.
• Draft and finalize contracts for social services programs in OC.
