Job summary

The Associated in Baltimore is seeking a Director of Investor Relations to lead donor and institutional client relationships, oversee investment activity, and ensure accurate reporting for the investment committee. This full-time, hybrid role requires at least three days in the office weekly, strong finance skills, governance experience, and a proven ability to optimize processes and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as staff liaison to Investment Committee leadership and prepare materials.
• Coordinate monthly/quarterly investment reports and fund activity summaries.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with donor intent and internal controls.
• Oversee investment administration and vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with program staff to align grant activity with foundation guidelines.
