Baltimore Gas and Electric Company is seeking an Investment Strategy analyst to support the Long-Range Plan and capital investment strategy. You will perform complex modeling, forecasting, and trend analyses to guide leadership on risk, reliability, and financial objectives.

The role requires a strong background in business or engineering, MBA preferred, with advanced Excel and business-analytic tools. Collaboration with executives and cross-functional teams is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 4–7 years of related experience; MBA preferred.
• Strong analytical, forecasting and budgeting skills with business case experience.
• Experience in financial and operational performance measurement.

Responsabilités

• Develop short- and long-range business plans and conduct complex modeling.
• Provide statistical information to optimize resources and operations.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare detailed internal/external performance reports.
• Lead or contribute to projects and process-improvement initiatives.
• Support leadership with insight balancing risk, reliability, customer impact and finances.
