Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 2 years in supply chain, merchandising or data analytics.
• Strong background in inventory planning and data-driven decision making.
• Experience coordinating with suppliers and cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and inventory performance by managing supply planning, vendor partnerships, and execution precision.
• Align launch forecasts and ensure inventory flows meet timing requirements for modulars and promotions.
• Collaborate with suppliers to manage purchase orders, address disruptions, and allocate inventory.
• Lead root cause analysis and recovery plans to resolve out-of-stock issues.
• Monitor product flow and inventory positioning to support business goals and KPIs.
• Partner cross-functionally to optimize network inventory planning and reduce costs.
• Provide leadership by setting standards, mentoring, and fostering continuous improvement.
