Walmart’s Senior Manager, Replenishment and Inventory Solutions leads enterprise-wide inventory planning to optimize product availability, cost, and speed. You will direct cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement to support merchandising and promotions.

In this role you will foster development, uphold ethical standards, and collaborate across supply chain, merchandising, and suppliers to resolve disruptions and improve inventory health in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field; 3 years experience in supply chain, merchandising, retail management or related field OR 5 years experience in supply chain, merchandising, retail management or related field.

Responsabilités

• Lead lifecycle inventory planning to optimize sales, profitability, and customer availability through strategic supplier partnerships and execution excellence.
• Oversee demand forecasts, product launches, seasonal and promotional planning, ensuring inventory aligns with business objectives and merchandising priorities.
• Drive root cause analysis and recovery plans to resolve out-of-stock challenges and improve inventory health by reducing understock and overstock.
• Manage network-wide inventory flows, balancing demand, cost efficiency, and synchronization with resets and promotional windows.
• Provide strategic leadership across cross-functional teams, fostering associate development and continuous improvement in replenishment and inventory management.
• Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions to ensure delivery excellence and mitigate risks.
