Responsibilities

• Drive inventory planning and supply chain execution to optimize product flow.
• Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams on forecasting and promotions.
• Manage purchase orders, allocations, and recovery plans to prevent stockouts.
• Lead root cause analyses to improve inventory health and reduce disruptions.
• Monitor inventory positioning and performance against KPIs.
• Partner with teams to optimize network inventory planning and costs.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance management.
