Advanced Technology Services is seeking a roles-focused candidate to maintain inventory integrity and oversee restocking in a factory setting. The role involves processing stock repairs, pulling parts, and delivering components to technicians, with strong emphasis on budget adherence and vendor coordination.

Ideal candidates will hold an Associate's degree, have solid math and clerical skills, and be able to communicate effectively in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year program.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short memos, and write simple correspondence.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the integrity of inventory and restocking of items in inventory.
• Processes repairs for stock; puts away stock; timestamps repair parts; pulls parts; delivers components to technicians.
• Controls inventory and material from vendors within the department budget and analyzes records.
• Maintains cross-reference system for optimal usage and tracks nonconforming parts.
• Participates in supplier and price reduction initiatives and in training for purchasing professionalism.
