Job summary

Advanced Technology Services in the United States (Topeka, KS area) is seeking an Inventory Analyst to join its industrial maintenance team. This role focuses on inventory integrity, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration with operations, accounting, and purchasing.

Travel up to 50% is required; a Bachelor's degree in business or related field with at least two years in MRO inventory management is expected, along with leadership and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and at least two years related experience in MRO inventory management; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to develop and deliver presentations to peers, top management, and customers
• Familiarity with physical inventory exercises
• Previous experience leading projects preferred
• Personal Discipline

Responsibilities

• Provides on-site and remote inventory technical support and resolves discrepancies.
• Delivers system and process training for the materials team, technicians, management and customers.
• Coordinates with operations, accounting, purchasing to implement inventory processes.
• Conducts site audits related to materials.
• Monitors compliance with inventory procedures and recommends training.
• Performs inventory data analysis and reporting.
• Travels up to 50%.
