Job summary

PTi is seeking an experienced warehouse/inventory associate to support depot and distribution activities under SCA guidelines. You will manage stock, verify shipments, operate forklift equipment, and utilize WMS/QMF tools to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to follow SOPs, and effective communication with internal teams. Safety training and valid licensing are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience using warehouse equipment, e.g., forklifts.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety guidelines and practices.
• Understanding of governing supply systems, programs, policies and manuals.
• Strong planning, multi-tasking and responsibility for completion of work.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and storage following SOP/JBS/QMSIT guidelines.
• Verify quantities against bills of lading, invoices, and manifests.
• Operate warehouse equipment and ensure safe handling of materials.
• Prepare and maintain records of received goods and outbound shipments.
• Support quality control audits and process improvement initiatives.
• Generate management reports using warehouse management systems.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Adhere to all contract, site, and company policies.
