Job summary

US Tech Solutions is seeking an Inventory Control Associate to support day-to-day inventory activities across our operations. You will perform cycle counts, verify locations, and maintain accuracy between physical stock and ERP/WMS records.

This hands-on role requires strong attention to detail, basic Excel skills, and reliability to resolve discrepancies while coordinating with Material Handling and Production teams.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, manufacturing, supply chain, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with inventory systems and basic Excel
• Comfortable working hands-on with physical inventory
• Reliable, proactive, and able to follow up on discrepancies
• Able to work in a fast-moving, evolving environment

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts and physical inventory checks
• Ensure physical inventory matches the ERP/WMS system
• Maintain accurate inventory quantities and locations in the system
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Track inventory across multiple storage and production locations
• Verify inventory movements and transfers are properly recorded
• Support physical inventory counts and reconciliations
• Coordinate with Material Handling, Production, and Supply Chain
