Transwest is seeking an Inventory Control and Purchasing Administrator in Brighton, CO. The role supports procurement decisions and inventory management for a busy branch, leveraging strong attention to detail and customer service to optimize stock levels and service levels.

You will work with management and sales staff to ensure accurate counts, efficient replenishment, and adherence to company policies, while providing professional, proactive support in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Four years’ experience preferred in a similar role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Advise management and sales staff on procurement and inventory decisions.
• Assist with inventory control and processing of orders.
• Drive sales through product knowledge and cross-selling.
• Communicate policies and procedures to customers.
