Express Employment Professionals of Centennial and Castle Rock is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to manage inbound materials and purchasing to keep production supplied without overstock. The role requires coordinating with vendors, tracking purchase orders, and maintaining accurate inventory records in a manufacturing setting.

The position is full-time in the South Denver Metro area with an evaluation hire/long-term opportunity and benefits including medical, dental, vision, short-term

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control or procurement in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with purchase orders and inventory systems.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proactive approach to identifying shortages and supply issues.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in records.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound materials and supply flow.
• Place and track purchase orders.
• Order PPE, raw materials, components and equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock.
• Coordinate incoming materials with production schedules.
• Communicate with vendors and internal production teams.
• Maintain accurate purchasing and inventory records.
• Help improve inventory and supply-chain processes.
